Vibe Arc Studio ("the Studio") is a private beta workspace operated by Vibe-Arc.com. By accessing the Studio you agree to these terms.

1. Access

The Studio is restricted to the administrator and invited collaborators. Any other access is unauthorized. We may revoke access at any time.

2. Beta software

The Studio is offered as a beta release. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Data may be reset during the beta period.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any specifications, prompts, files, or artifacts you create in the Studio. You are responsible for what you upload and generate.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Studio to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to compromise the service, its infrastructure, or its users.

5. Disclaimer

The Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe-Arc.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Studio.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
